I have a background in Journalism, IT and Building, and have owned and operated successful businesses in the building Industry. Besides several Results qualifications, in Business, Executive and Team coaching, and others, I have qualifications as a crisis counselor and a certificate IV in workplace training and assessment. As a coach

I am passionate about the coaching model and approach. My motto as a coach is: "You know the answers, and I can help you find them!". My focus is small to medium business, where besides my coaching skills, I am able to add a lot of value from my extensive business background. My other focus is helping new coaches in their development. I am also both a mentor and assessor.

Client Base

I work mainly with businesses in the retail and professional services sectors. My specialty is working with business owners to help them make the shift from working "In" the business to working "On" the business, to facilitate the next level of growth. I have also facilitated in-house workshops and trainings and carried out Team coaching in those businesses to introduce the coaching model as a management approach throughout the business.
