Lesley Schoer

Lesley is committed to developing people, businesses and communities.  She coaches business owners, executives and management teams to develop themselves, their people and businesses.  Lesley's coaching style is based on a collaborative approach, balancing sensitivity, intuition and analytical thinking, skilled management of process and breadth of experience.

Lesley is trained and certified as a coach with Results Coaching Systems and a member of International Coach Federation.  She brings to coaching her background in business and government, training in a range of disciplines and experience in management, scientific research, strategic planning, economic development, business development and mentoring.  

Lesley also holds a degree in Biological & Environmental Science, a Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment & Training, and has extensive training in management, leadership, facilitation, fitness leadership and counselling.  

Lesley is developing the Coaching Café, uniting coaches to change communities. Her company, Lesley Schoer & Associates Pty Limited, works with businesses, organisations and government on strategic planning and managing change.
