About Glenda Frances

Glenda Frances has a B.A. (Org. Psych.) as well as Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training. Glenda has over 10 years experience in senior management of human service organisations in Victoria, Tasmania and NSW.

Glenda’s work experience has been in community-based, as well as government and private sectors, within education, employment, welfare and legal industries. Glenda has worked in the Mid North Coast area for 8 years.

Glenda Frances founded Applied Vision in 2001 to combine skills, experience and interests in assisting individuals, community groups, businesses and organisations, to develop and achieve their Vision, by applying a Creative Framework to personal, community and corporate life.

Since 2001, Applied Vision has worked with a range of community, government, small business and large organisations – in the areas of coaching, training, strategic planning, organisational development & design, evaluation, leadership, and numerous projects.
