John is passionate towards helping small business owners to clarify their vision, analyse their current position and performance, and offer support to encourage growth personally and for the business. "I stress to small business owners that they are the expert in their particular business; a coach is the expert in improving the performance of that businesses." 

Qualifications include Teaching Dip Ed, Certificate IV in Assessment & Workplace Training, Post Grad Small Enterprise Management, Dip Ed in Accountancy, Certified Level One Coach with Results Coaching, accredited and licensed coach with both organisations RIBI and Profitune.

A business coach should be someone who owns or has owned their own business. All businesses have common challenges in the areas of time management, productivity, teamwork, finance, marketing and producing a desirable profit for the business. The business coach should have practical understanding of what it is like to experience these challenges.

The primary areas I specialise in are Time Management, Personal Development and Goal setting as they are the key areas to begin any business coaching. Other areas I specialize in are marketing and practical material to assist small business owners in everyday tasks.
